Cape Cod Classic Tournament
The Cape Cod Classic baseball tournament has been played over Labor Day Weekend on fields used by the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL) since 1995. Each team plays with wood bats on fields such as Eldredge Park (home of the Orleans Firebirds), Stony Brook Field (home of the Brewster Whitecaps), Veteran's Field (home of the Chatham Anglers), and Whitehouse Field (home of the Harwich Mariners).
The Cape Cod Baseball League is the most elite amateur baseball league in the country, and the journey of many ballplayers to the big leagues. The Cape Cod Classic allows amateur players to live vicariously through these future stars, and maybe enjoy some lobster for dinner while they're at it.
The 2026 Cape Cod Classic Tourney is scheduled for Saturday, September 5 - Monday, September 7, 2026.
