Manager of the Year

Each manager could vote for 3 other managers. Managers received 3 points for a 1st place vote, 2 points for a 2nd place vote nd 1 point for a 3rd place vote. To eliminate any potential bias, no manager could vote for himself. In the event of a tie, the following tie-breakers were used: the manager appearing on the most ballots will break a tie. If a tie remains, the manager receiving the highest seed vote would break a tie. If a tie still remains, the vote will be deemed a tie.

Managers vote for 1 player for each position, plus 2 pitchers who are the all around best player at that position - offensively and defensively. Only performance at the position nominated is considered. An 'Elite' Team (A) and a 'Premier' (B) team are recognized. Elite Team votes receive 3 points, Premier team votes receive 1 point. In the event of a tie, the following tie-breakers were used: the player receiving the most 'A' team votes will break the tie. If a tie remains, the player receiving the most overall votes will break the tie. If a tie still remains, the vote will be deemed a tie.
